Landscape Technician: We are looking for an experienced Landscape Technician to be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of residential homes using motorized, electrical, or hand equipment and tools. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Mows amenity areas on a scheduled basis.

2. Regularly maintains trees and shrubs, to include watering, fertilizing and pruning.

3. Maintains and repairs irrigation systems.

4. Assists lead technician with maintaining the condition and player ability of clay tennis courts.

5. Assists lead technician with the maintenance of plantation pools.

6. Assists lead technician with homeowner landscape maintenance.

7. Provides exceptional customer service to Owners, Guests and internal and external partners.

8. Other duties as assigned.
